My grandmother told me that you will
control your dreams by three ways. On this post I'll write them, it's very
interesting. There are 3 methods
METHOD
1
Take a piece of paper or a notebook.
You'll write on it your dreams and your hopes to remember it. Keep the piece of
paper or the notebook near where you are, and when you have a inspiration
you'll write it down, so you don't forget it.
Before you are going to bed, write down the dream, and the environment that you
want. Draw pictures, directions and people using a lot of details. The trick is
to tell yourself what you are going to experience when you dream. Don't watch
television or movies when you go to bed, these may distract you and we don't
want that.
Every morning, as soon as you can, write down your dream that you
dreamt.
METHOD 2
Every night, before going to bed read your
dreams that you wrote on your notebook. After reading something once or twice,
know it inside and out before you go to sleep.
Relax, lie down, close your eyes, and think about your dreams with specific
details. Imagine the sounds; try to hear them inside of your mind. When you go
to bed, imagine the images with the sounds that you like, then close your eyes
and try to sleep.
METHOD 3
When you go to bed, lying in the bed, call
the attention of somewhere that you like, and some noises that you'd like to
dream.
Hear some relaxing music, such as birds, rivers, the rain, etc.
A lot of people enjoy flying, to swim, and to travel. The dreams that you can
have are limited, only by your imagination.
